Install & use the Flip head

For Flip and Deluxe editions, or a separately purchased Flip Head Attachment.

Install the Flip head with its arm horizontal and logo facing up, turn clockwise 90 degrees; turn counterclockwise 90 degrees to remove; unfold up to 180 degrees for use.
  1. Place the Flip head horizontally on the main unit, with the Insolife logo facing upward.
  2. Turn it 90° clockwise to install.
  3. Unfold the nozzle for use, up to 180°, and fold it back after use.
  4. To remove it, turn 90° counterclockwise.

Change a showerhead

The Focus showerhead has 10 holes for a concentrated spray. The Wide showerhead has 16 holes for a broader spray. Both are supplied with Shower and Deluxe editions.

Can I add a 16-hole showerhead to my Bidet 3?

Yes. The 16-hole Wide showerhead is available as an attachment for Bidet 3. For example, if you own a Flip Edition, you can use the separately purchased Wide showerhead with your existing unit; there is no need to buy a new Shower Edition.

How to replace the showerhead

Insert the opener into the showerhead, rotate to remove it, then install the replacement.
  1. Fit the supplied nozzle opener into the showerhead.
  2. Turn counterclockwise to remove it.
  3. Fit your chosen showerhead and turn clockwise to install it.

For weak water flow, also check the inlet filter.

Connect a compatible bottle

The original manual distinguishes compatible 28 mm bottle mouths, which connect directly, and compatible 25 mm bottle mouths, which require the adapter. Bottle designs vary; use a bottle that fits the connection securely.

28 mm compatible bottle: connect directly. 25 mm compatible bottle: use the bottle adapter.
  1. Align the adapter with the bottom of the main unit.
  2. Turn the adapter clockwise to attach it.
  3. Attach your compatible bottle.
  4. When removing the bottle, hold the adapter so it stays with the main unit.
  5. To remove the adapter itself, hold it and turn counterclockwise.

Hold the adapter when unscrewing the bottle. Otherwise, it may stay attached to the bottle neck.

Use the Gravity Ball Bottle

400 mL Gravity Ball Bottle

Designed for washing with the bottle tilted, sideways or upside down.

  1. Fill the bottle with clean water. When connected to Bidet 3, keep the water at or below 40°C (104°F).
  2. Connect the bottle to the Insolife portable bidet.
  3. Adjust the washing angle as needed.
  4. Rinse the bottle and allow it to air-dry after use.
