Ever since I got a bidet at home, life just isn't the same anywhere. After you've had a bidet at home, and if you've ever visited Japan, you just know that bidets make life better. So when I saw this electric travel bidet, I had to jump on it. And I do not regret it one bit.

It charges by USB-C, so you don't have to worry about batteries. It comes with 3 attachments for different water patterns, though I only use the nozzle one for easy of reach. I haven't really tried the other 2 flat discs as it doesn't seem to be as flexible or useful as the nozzle. The nozzle fires a fairly concentrated set of jetstreams, which are great for washing and feeling clean.

There's also 2 bottle adapters included, one of which works perfectly with the standard water bottles I find here in the USA, as well as a bottle that works with that same adapter. This way I can bring the included bottle, or I can store it as a spare and use a standard bottle I have laying around. Either ways, this is great for the outdoors, camping, or even at work and/or at restaurants if you just need to feel extra clean.

Had a couple of the v2 Insolife models, but then saw that v3 came out. So picked one up to see how it compared, and am quite happy I did. The extra reach of the arm is nice, and the adapter that allows you to use with more water bottles than just the default one is also a big help. Highly recommended if you need a portable bidet.

I've tested three portable bidets in the past month, and we have a winner. This thing is just right, possessing the best features of the others I've tested with none of the drawbacks.

The big selling points here are:

1) A large reservoir. On high power mode you'll get about 40 seconds of spray from a full bottle. Another bidet I tested lasted just 15 seconds, and that really isn't long enough.

2) The spray wand. The second bidet I tested was almost identical to this one, but it lacked a spray wand. That both made it difficult to use while sitting on the toilet and limited the spray to a widespread shower style, rather than the targeted high powered laser you really want.

3) Holy hell, I didn't even realise until I came to write my review that this bidet can be screwed onto pretty much any standard drinks bottle. I just tested it on a 1.5l bottle of Coke Zero and it's a perfect fit. This will be a lifesaver when you're on the road and don't have access to running water. Perfect for camping trips.

Your search is over, seriously. After a month with these things I consider myself a bidet expert, and this is by far the best. Order it.

Love this thing. Started using bidets at home about 6 - 7 years ago. Now I can’t go anywhere without one.

So 2 years ago I got myself Hibbent Portable Bidet - very similar to Blaux portable bidet. Actually, they all look the same to me, since they are probably built by the same cheap Chinese manufacturer, just different colors and names. I was never amused by that one.

So, I came back and looked for what else was there. And I found this one. I couldn’t be more happy. The build quality is top notch. It looks and feels very premium. The 400 ml bottle is way more than what my cheap Hibbent had. I would have to refill Hibbent 2 - 3 times to get the same use as this Insolife 2nd generation. They definitely made the 2nd generation perfect, in my humble opinion.

I've never used a bidet before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I pictured this making a huge mess around the toilet... and not doing an effective job on the "under carriage" area. But, I was pleasantly surprised.

It is easy to use and aim right where I need it. It's not too awkward. At first, I was picturing having to contort myself to reach from behind (being a plus-sized woman, that's not always the easiest thing to do), but it reaches where I need it and works just fine from the front. One fill-up of the bottle lasts for a few uses. I haven't needed to recharge it yet (and have been using it for more than a week), but that's a nice feature instead of having to constantly change batteries. I've just been using the wand that was attached when I opened it, but it does have other "shower" heads that you can use instead. I played around with changing them out, but have just stuck with using the wand for now.

Some people in a Nextdoor discussion were talking about the benefits of using a bidet versus wads and wads of toilet paper (this was when the dock workers were going to strike and everyone freaked out and pandemic purchased all of the toilet paper again). I must say... I think they're right. We haven't had to change the rolls of toilet paper nearly as often since we started using this portable bidet. Clean up after #2 has been much quicker and easier and with a lot less toilet paper.

Overall, we're very happy with this little device so far. It's a little pricey (around $60 at my time of ordering), but worth it.

I was willing to take a chance on this portable bidet. The fact that it can screw onto most water bottles sealed the deal. The head of this unit isn’t huge or cumbersome to travel with. The bidet wand extends plenty for the reach around. 2 stream and has some kick to it. For in a punch. Fantastic. I am just use to a multi stream bidet. It comes packed with 2 shower heads. Narrow and wide. I can see a use for this. Overall I am happy that I came across this portable bidet and took a chance on it.
